Short Delivery Times
By keeping a large panel inventory we are able to manufacture quickly resulting in short delivery times.
Cutting Saw
The panel cutting saw processes 16,500 parts a week.
Laser Edging
All Keller fronts are laser-edged, making them more durable and giving them a sleeker look without any glue residue.
Scanning
Throughout the entire process, all the components are scanned to make sure the order is complete. Only when every part is scanned a shipping manifest can be printed.
Assembly Lines
Each week 25,000 kitchen doors are pre-assembled.

Lacquer
The automated paint shop makes sure the 1950+ lacquer colours are applied with the greatest precision.

Nothing leaves our factory before it undergoes a thorough quality inspection and fully complies with our high standards.
Recyclable Packaging
Our new cardboard packaging machines use 85% less energy and reduce the amount of plastic waste. The result is 100% recyclable packaging.
Complete Kitchens
No less than 2,500 beautiful kitchens are manufactured every week.
Worldwide Delivery
Every week, 250 trucks leave the Keller factory to deliver quality kitchens to satisfied customers all over the world.
